Hello from my kitchen where I spent the day harvesting #motherwort. Its hard to know where to put my focus these days, or even how to create the space to process the layers being revealed through our current reality. Taking time to harvest this motherwort medicinal herb that has been growing for the last year and a half was the only thing that felt "right" today. This plant Allie is great for the heart and uterus and helps quickly ease anxiety, insomnia, frustration and stress. I am beginning the process of making my first batch of tinctures. I will keep you's posted as things move along. And while I'm here... I just want to say that I love you, even if we disagree or do not share similar perspectives. Im going to continue to choose love over separation. Its medicine im choosing along side each of my actions or resting moments.. Together we stand. Devided we fall. Liberty and justice for all. 💚
