Our Caitie Pies haul from Grain Theory’s St. Patrick’s Day Street Party… ☘️ Beef & Guinness hand pie - *If you are reading this before the party ends, go get one tonight before they’re gone!* Her light, crispy, buttery pastry is my favorite and these are packed with tender roast beef, carrots, potatoes, and allll the comfort food flavors. ☘️ Oatmeal cream pie - 2 hearty & HUGE crispy oatmeal cookies filled with sweet (but not too sweet) frosting & festive green sprinkles (those made our toddler’s day 💚 ☘️ Bailey’s Bread Pudding - “Heavens-to-Betsy-that-is-so-good” is what I said after taking my first bite of this one. 😂 Bread pudding is not my favorite dessert, but I would happily eat this one any day. It was soft, creamy, and custardy and that Bailey’s flavor just pushed it over the edge of deliciousness. Wow. Pictures just don’t do it justice! We don’t get over to her shop nearly enough.
