The speaker of the session was "Mr. Rachit rawat" Sir , founder and CEO of "Party Hunt". He is on a mission to build the larget online market place for the music event community. A Webinar on the topic “Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behavior Development” was organized by the Innovation and Incubation Cell, BIET Jhansi under guidance of Mr. Nitin Verma, Founder Groshers, Co founder cootz on 11 June 2023, Sunday. The webinar started with Nitin sir explaining the real meaning of the word “entrepreneur”. He told the participants that an entrepreneur is a person who has a vision to solve a future problem. Further he enlightened participants by telling them the qualities required to be an efficient entrepreneur. For example being brave, ready to take risk , being innovative, open minded and flexible are some of the qualities he emphasised. Moreover, he elucidated the three types of entrepreneur – small scale, large scale and social scale. In the end sir asked if the participants had any questions and solved them fluently. The webinar was interactive and the participants gained a huge amount of knowledge about entrepreneurs.
