Meet Aria Ferretti! She's brave and proud. However, a year later, Ercole has two harpoons, and Aria's parents are killed. Aria manages to survive by herself. Eleven years later, when Aria was fourteen years old, leaves orphanage and sets off to find her parents. She went to Portorosso. She decides to stay in this town, unaware she is the real deal. During this time, Ercole, Ciccio and Guido, wielding harpoons discovers who Aria really is and saunter towards her. She tries to talk to Ercole, attempting to convince him that he killed Aria's parents, but Ercole does not believe her. Even when Aria tries to explain, Ercole rejects her claim. He accuses Aria of lying, telling her that she was a sea monster. Aria becomes desperate and tries approaching Ercole, Ciccio and Guido, he asked her to get out of this town. As Aria dwells on her feelings, she grows bitter and resentful towards Ercole, Ciccio and Guido for rejecting her, and everyone in Portorosso who she blamed for the murder of her family and the loss of her birthright. She grows angry and vengeful, swearing to reclaim what rightfully belongs to her and make everyone in Portorosso pay. She develops a plot. She went to a secret lab, and feigns surrender as she saw it. She steals the reliquary and runs off with it. She makes a deal with the demonic spirits in the reliquary that if they give her power, she will let them rule the town alongside her. Sometime later, Aria uses her newfound dark powers to kidnap Ercole, Ciccio and Guido. She usurps the throne, convincing everyone in Portorosso she was welcomed back.
