"Love the Community" We partnered with Kathryn Garnett, founder of Acts of Kindness, to learn how her ministry started, what God's word teaches us about kindness, how to live out intentional acts of kindness in our community, and hear beautiful testimonies of acts of kindness that Kathryn has done in the past and how people were impacted by those intentional acts of kindness. What an amazing ministry! We put together gift baskets with snacks and thank you cards for firefighters and policemen, and arranged bouquets of flowers for seniors in assisted living homes. We also had the opportunity to go out and deliver the gift baskets and the flower arrangements and have conversations with seniors who may not have regular visitors or who may need an extra dose of encouragement! So many people in our community were blessed today as we had the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus and let people know that they are seen, known and loved by their Creator.
