✨ Bear medicine ✨ I felt called to place Bear medicine here after an interesting few days with my daughter and I experiencing Bear! For three nights in a row, I saw bear in both my dreams and visions. And felt this beautiful being in my energetic space 🐻 I was observing all of this with curiosity, until yesterday as I drove my daughter to school and she told me about her dream. She said ‘mum I think I need to write a book about a dream I had last night. It had three bears in it, all with different messages - polar bear, grizzly bear and sun bear’. ✨ Dark moon prayers ✨ On this dark moon I let go of all that no longer serves me. I honour the triple goddess, and the crone in me, and I ask of her - what wise words does she have for me now? ✨ Samhain this Sunday 5 May ✨ I feel this one in my bones. In the lead up to Samhain, I always feel a deep pull to earth. My hands need to be in the mud, seeding root vegetables and digging in rich mulch. Intuitively I always had fires outside at this time of year - throwing sage, rosemary and eucalyptus into the flames at dawn and at dusk. Even before I understood our ancestral rituals which marked this time. The patterns of honouring this earth run deep. I crave cold dark water, rich with minerals in the forest temples. I want to be freezing cold in order to feel my inner life alive again, then warm myself by smoky fires. My dreams are full, heavy, potent, and spiralling. My grandmothers always make an appearance. ✨ Creating a void to tune in ✨ Beautiful one, please do not ever doubt your ‘inner tuition’, your intuition. All of us are born with our channels of perception wide open. It is part of the human experience that we are empathic to others, able to sense shifts and changes in the energy fields of other humans, animals and in the earth. We are born with a line to source, wide open 🤍 There is just so much noise now, that intuition seems like an anomaly, a quiet beeping within, against a backdrop of ‘busy’. It is easy to ignore her because the cacophony of sound from outside of us can be so loud most of the time. Tuning back in to spirit, via your intuition, can begin by carving out the smallest of spaces if that’s all you have right now. Just 30 minutes in the morning - even 15 x We are being asked to listen to what is being spoken through the ears of our heart at the moment. 🕯️ Light a candle, or welcome the dawn by sitting near a journal with a herbal tea or cacao. 🕯️ Do not pick up a phone or look at a screen before you you begin to journal. Even if it’s just a few dot points about your dreams. 🕯️ If you aren’t currently dreaming, place some lavender oil or a sprig of mugwort under your pillow. Placing frankincense oil on your third eye before sleep helps too. 🕯️Practise breathing in for 4, holding for 4, and out for 8. 🕯️ Create a void in your mind, in the dawn light. Allow thoughts to enter, then watch them exit again as you focus on your breath. ✨ Spirit and the number 3 ✨ When I am reading for someone, their guides will always show me a scene or memory, speak words, or communicate three times over. For example, a past life memory will repeat 3 times, or a guide will speak the same words or direction 3 times. This is not random and it serves a purpose. Once, and we wouldn’t see that information as anything special. So the first time is about processing the information with our physical senses 👁️ Twice, and our intellect starts to process that we have seen this before. We take notice! 🧠 Three times, and we move from processing with our intellect, to receiving the image or worlds in our heart and soul. ✨ A little story about me ✨ The tattoo on my back by @mirabaifox is of a lunar moth, it was activated when I was 40. At the time, I felt like my heart centre/chakra was tender and I wanted my first tattoo on my back, on the other side of my heart, to strengthen and protect my heart. I didn’t really think too deeply about the lunar moth being a symbol of life cycles, the divine feminine and transformation. At the time I felt like I wanted a beautiful winged creature that could rise above, I wanted rosemary for remembering who I was at my core, ocean waves, and the moon. Since that time, this tattoo has been working its medicine on me - and it is now the symbol for my soul offering @akashicsister ✨ Intentional tattoos, even symbology that you are drawn to without knowing why, can be a way for your guides to work with and transmute your energy on your path. Take note of what draws you in, give yourself time to feel into why certain animals, symbols, herbs, call to you. 🦋 The light in the yurt is so beautiful this morning 🦋 Sometimes the magic of a soul reading for a client starts the night before. Because your guides of course, know your reading is approaching, and in a way, it feels like they are celebrating! 🌀 Water 🌀 Bathing in our creeks and waterways is something I try and do as often as possible. Here in the Noosa hinterland, and on our property we are so lucky to have an abundance of clean and flowing water. When our physical bodies are immersed in water, especially mineral rich river water and creeks, there is an exchange of energy that takes place between your body and nature. We are nature, and to swim daily in natural waterways is not only regulating for your amazing nervous system, it becomes a ritual - a process of feeling into our one-ness with this beautiful intelligent mother we live on and with.
