Running long distances daily was proving unsustainable, so I've adjusted to an extra hour of walking instead of jogging. This modification allows me to maintain consistency without risking physical overload, especially given my recent lack of intense workouts. My objective now is to cover 7km to 10km within an hour. Despite outward appearances, attaining my ideal body weight remains a priority, even though ozempic is currently beyond my financial means. Join me on this journey towards better health! You are welcome to participate without needing to make drastic changes to your diet. For instance, I have a weakness for buttered bread with Blueband margarine. Businesses are struggling, there are electricity shortages, and fuel prices are rising, making businesses, especially entrepreneurship, not easy nor straightforward. But Father, when there was a famine during the era of Joseph, Joseph had food in abundance and went ahead to feed his family and friends. Father, may my businesses not collapse or fail in this difficult era so that one day when I'm asked how did you survive, I will say the God of Abraham, the God of Elijah, the God of Lighthouse Chapel International, the God of Deg Herward-Mills, and the God of Nterful did it. Father, you have done it before 2/3 years ago when the poultry sector was hit by a shortage of maize and the dollar rising daily. Within my location, 7 out of 10 farms collapsed. To whom it may concern, I would like to respectfully suggest a potential adjustment to the operating hours for all shop owners, particularly those operating between 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Moving the operating hours to between 10am to 9pm could greatly benefit customers, especially those looking to purchase shoes, bags, and other items. The current operating hours may inadvertently exclude potential customers who work early mornings and are unable to visit your shop when it opens at 8am. Additionally, not everyone has the means to pay for delivery fees, and many customers prefer to physically inspect items before making a purchase. Considering that a significant portion of the population is engaged in the traditional "9 to 5" work schedule with a limited lunch break, it becomes challenging to visit shops during regular work hours, due to the peak traffic experienced in Accra and other bustling towns.
