You know where some of us struggle? When we make a mistake, we struggle to ever believe that we can ever be restored back to where I was before I made the mistake. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Pay attention to something. We have a lot of people who call themselves elders, but they are not according to this order of Scripture in James five, anybody that God called and their functioning in the position of an elder, there is an authority that is now placed on them to release this. So stop calling people elder that God doesn’t call elder. If they’re elder, say, where is the power the you have? Where is the authority that you have? I am sick. The Jehovah witness elder said, God is not healing today! You are not an elder. Many of you in the New Testament Church, you’re not an elder. You don’t have no power, you’re dry as the crackers. Let it be to you as you desire. And her daughter was healed from that very hour. Healing is my bread. Our elder dare the devil to take that bread out of his hand. Yeah! Try to take a piece of bread from a hungry person that haven’t eaten for a month and they find a piece of bread. Try to take that bread from them, they bust your head. They’ll murder you. Because I’m hungry. Healing is the children’s bread. Jesus said something that, if it wasn’t important for us to hear that and to get that, the Holy Spirit would not have allowed it to be written. We fail to accept that we’re sons of God and healing is children’s bread. Healing is the children’s bread. We’re supposed to eat it. So if I’m eating a bread that is healing, what is supposed to happen to me? Wow! They have a saying that you are what you eat. So if you’re eating healing, what is going to happen to your body? And the reason why some of us struggle with sickness and disease, it is not taught. We don’t have a clear understanding. Kingdom Living Now Luke 15:29-30 (Luke 15:11-32) NKJV So he answered and said to his father, Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him. In Luke fifteen the man said, son, you’re always with me, I don’t need to make a party for you. So he didn’t know that he could go in the pantry and take a snack anytime. What the father is saying, I don’t need to make party for you, you make your own party. A big part of that story was not just to look at the son that left home, but to also look at the one that stayed home and still didn’t know who he was and what he had access to. He criticized the other one that came back home and said, he left and wasted everything on harlot. How you know that he wasted on harlot? Our elder wonder if he went out and came back overnight and nobody didn’t know. And I’ve been with you all these years and you never made a party for me.
