Casting Announcement 🚨🎺 Oh my days… He’s back… Everyone’s favourite Northern Irish rogue, Thomas Galashan, will be reprising the role of Romeo (and his dad) in Rubbish Romeo and Juliet this summer 🔥 Tom will be making his Merseyside comeback @bombedoutchurchliverpool as part of @liverpooltheatrefestival in July, before hightailing it up to @thepleasance for the show’s full run @edfringe 🎪 Back in the day Tom was one of our finest performers. But that was before the pandemic struck and he relocated back to The Emerald Isle, where he has since torn up the Irish stage (with what tools, we don’t know) 🛠️ Known for his starring roles in Murder Ballads, A Rubbish Midsummer Night’s Dream and One Saturday Before the War, we’re super delighted to have him back in the Rubbish Shakespeare fold as we prepare to siege the city of Edinburgh for a month.
