Yesterday morning we launched our new packaging at the @barossafarmersmarket! Thank you to everyone who supported us by purchasing some @barossavalleyeggnoodles and watching the cooking demonstration. Rockford Chef - Tim Bourke cooked up a delicious, heart-warming chicken noodle soup using #Wiechs Fine @barossavalleyeggnoodles, @abelswayfarm chicken, @krproduce and #waechtersfarmproduce. It was also an absolute pleasure to have previous owners of the business and Wiech family members (sisters Lil and Erica - granddaughters of the original Mrs Marie Wiech who started the business in 1935). David and Val West were the custodians of Weich’s for almost 15 years until 2021 and prior to their ownership Lil and her late husband Robert looked after Wiech’s. Thank you for being there! Keep an eye out as our new packaging appears on shelves around South Australia. But you can see us every week at the @barossafarmersmarket from 7:30-11:30am. ♥️
