I see this "perfect Friday" routine floating around, and while it sounds productive, let's be real - ain't nobody in this Lagos traffic with NEPA wahala waking up at 4:30 am every day! Remember that guy Femi from that skit? The one hustling three jobs, managing his side hustle, and still trying to send money back home? That's most of us. A "perfect" routine might look different for us. Maybe it's waking up when NEPA decides to bless you with light, squeezing in some content creation between bus rides, and celebrating small wins like finally finishing that graphic design project with your limited data. The point is, don't get discouraged by these seemingly impossible routines. Focus on what you CAN control. Grind hard when you have the energy, but don't forget to rest - catch that afternoon breeze with your friends, have a plate of jollof rice with your family, watch that Nollywood movie you've been eyeing. Life is a marathon, true, but Naija hustle, Men!, is a whole different beast. Run your own race, find your own rhythm, and celebrate every victory, big or small. #NaijaGrind #HustleSmartRestWell #WeekendVibes Your friendly neighborhood content creator @echezoford , I am open to writing you to 5x revenue. P.S. If you feel the Naija vibe, please repost and comment on your side of it

WHAT ARE YOU TRACKING? When it comes to business growth, there is a need for us to want to pat ourselves on the back for the small things. This is good but can be a problem if it stops you from chasing meaningful things. The metrics that truly count are the ones that move your business to the next level. If you are not an influencer, counting social media likes can be a problem for you because how does that move you to you making money? If that metric cannot lead to an increase in your bottom line, then should you be spending time obsessing with it? If your likes are going up and your revenue is as well, that means there is a correlation and you need to look deeper. If your likes are going up and it is a place that your customers doesn't even exist, you need to restrategize. Look at your business, find the right factors track them, use the data and grow. What are you tracking in your business? The market is full of Noise. Your customers have choices and they know. Nothing is new, so how do you stand out? How do you create a business with an edge? What is that extra thing that can drive your success? 1. Build relationships: your customers are not numbers. Even big brands build relationships by using their social media and celebrity endorsements to get you attached to their brands. They interact on social media. If you are a small business this is even easier. You can reach out to your customers and get feedback one on one. You need to show them you know they are important. 2. Your business operating systems (BOS). Yes have a lovely brand. But if you are not running a well thought out and well-organised ship, you are a few minutes from sinking. Keep track of your money, resources and care for your people. This is what will give you the edge and is the hardest to copy. 3. Be consistent. Whether it ads whether relationship building. Show up early and often. This will build trust and that relationship you deeply need. Keep your word always, please. If you cannot, then explain it to your customer. Need to work on your business to deliver an edge? Just comment with: I need help. And we will get you on a call. If you feel shy dm πŸ˜‰

It's one thing to get a product in the market, it's another thing to get a product in the market that people will buy. Here are six quick and simple questions to ask yourself before you start. Who is this product for? πŸ€” knowing your customer is the basis for successful products? It's the knowledge that will guide you in putting the product where they will see and charging the right price. This even directs the kind of product you will create. Why: 🀨 When you know who, it's time to figure out why. Why will the customer want this? Knowing this will guide not only your marketing but how you set up your business system to serve this need. When: πŸ•’ timing is everything. Timing guides successful businesses to stand out because it focuses on when customers need you more. When will you deliver your product to the market to make it most meaningful to your customers and make them most likely to pay? What: πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ what is this product. Features, benefits etc. How: πŸ—£ how would it meet the needs of your customers? How will you operate to make sure customers get the product they need? How will you serve them? How will you stand out? Where: πŸͺ location of customers, availability of your product, the channel/medium you will use. Every good product and business strategy is built on these 6 questions. If you agree, comment with thumbs πŸ‘ below, or let me know what else you would add. . . . . . #Businesscoach #instagramtipsandtricksΒ  #naijabusiness #Lagosnaija #Abujanaija #Kaduna #bauchibusiness #Lagosnigeria #Abujabusiness #Lagosbusiness #naijamarket #growthconsukting #Thinkbig #growthcatalyst #businessgrowth #Nigerianstartup #nigerianentrepreneurs #naijagrind #businessgrowth

The idea of businesses is for-profit, impact and growth. A start-up is meant to become a small business and a small business a big business. If at all a business is meant to stat small, it should be a well run with the effectively thought out organisation. However, some businesses will forever be operated from the owners back pocket why? πŸ˜‘ The wrong mindset: from the beginning, you have to envision where exactly you want your business to go. Until you can visualize it, it will be very difficult to work towards it. 🀯 An inefficient model: a business model is simply how you plan to define and use resources around you to make money and feed your vision. When you don't efficiently use these resources and properly define aspects concerning your business you will spend so much time wasting your effort on things that don't matter and that didn't serve your business. Leading to your business is stagnant. πŸ‘ŽBad financial planning: tracking your money, knowing what it's used for, allocating it properly and not treating your business like the entity it is will definitely affect your ability to grow anywhere. . . . Which of these do you struggle with? What is holding back your growth comment below?

Legend oooohhhh!!!. . . . . This one is by @officialdunnie and it’s titled Tired AF! I heard it and felt it was apt as it describes the cry of a lot of people living in the city. . . . . Dreams are great but the process to achieving those dreams is sold differently. People get tired and tap out. . Still we rise, regardless of what may hit us. . . @officialdunnie has called this the hustlers’ anthem. . Interestingly, she produced, mixed and mastered this song. Talk about wanting it all, she grinds πŸ‘ŒπŸ½. Follow her and check out her materials. . #Theplaylist #Beinspired
