#75Hard Day 17 complete. I started a 72-hour fast after dinner last night. I'm 24 hours in as of posting this. I also finished painting my home gym sign. The placement is temporary, but with blood, sweat and tears THE TIME HAS COME TO TEST THE METTLE OF MAN!!! PS... I got to see an awesome storm on my walk this morning. Made it back to my car, just in time.
