Poul Bak Pedersen: "Coming from another tenure with Allegriball I think most of these players would have a hard transition into a style of play where you actually are more focus on having the ball rather then not having it. You have certain players in the team who should never be there, at least from a ball playing prospective. Take Gatti for instance, he´s a power house from a physical point of view but with the ball he´s more or less a disaster. So I think from that point of view it´s a very different player type to execute the style of play that Motta actually wants. The key thing, being Motta or another coach they select for the post I think the key thing is surround him with at least a key group of players that can actually facilitate his way of playing otherwise it would just turn out to be a disaster. I don´t know if they can get two or three players from Bologna but that would be a good start: Calafiori, Zirkzee and so on, I think if you can get these two with Motta that would be a good start because you already have some good ball players in the team at least from a attacking prospective: you have Vlahovic, you have Chiesa, you have Yildiz who are all great ball players who want to play attacking football. You have Fagioli coming back, one of the most technical giftet players in the team." Poul Bak Pedersen: "I think he´s a elite player in certain circumstances but I don´t see him as an elite player in a four back with zone marking, I don´t think he´s very good in that regard. So I think from a football understanding perspective I don´t think he is as good as some people would like him to be, I think in a back three where he´s doing man marking I think he is probably the best i Serie A by a mile but looking the tactical point of view if you want to play possession football where you have build-up from the back he needs to add something different to that, also both in term of building the play from the back. If we go back to the 4-3-3 formation again having high pressure, having the defence with the high line then you also need some very tactical aware players. I think the main trade from Bremer is not on the ball it´s more or less his physical presence, so I think there´s a tactical consideration that could led him into be sold if the price tag is right. And like back in the day in the day when they sold Zidane, from that point I think the club said: 'It´s not really about who we are selling, it´s more about who we are buying instead!'. So you got Thuram, you got Buffon, you got Nedved, so I think I would turn back to that phrase again: It´s not really about if we are selling Bremer or not, it is if we are selling Bremer, it´s who are we getting instead!" När det kommer upp en spelare från Primaveran till a-laget så får man automatiskt lite mer känsla för den spelare, jag tänker på Donnarumma, Calabria, Cutrone: det blir någonstans spelare man vill se växa i tröjan då de kommer från de lägre leden upp. Sedan då de kysser klubbmärket och pratar om att de drömt om att spela i Milan och sedan går till Juventus och firar när de gör mål mot Milan, då blir den här kärleken någonstans lite mer hat någonstans måste jag säga. Andrew Prasana: "The funny thing that a player (Alcaraz) that haven´t been injured for several seasons, magically got injured with some kind of muscle injury at Juventus. Some of the training tactics in Italy are very outdated. The training is too hard physically, so it tends to give the players muscle strains and that is why we often don´t see our best players play 90 minutes, cause they are too exhausted. Then you see the german teams who is making a mockery of Juventus because when de Ligt joined Bayern Münich they said that he was not in good shape. So I believe that our training regime are outdated as well. Even doe we are one of the most modern clubs, our facilities one of the best, our NextGen academy one of the best." I see for sure that there are some things about working with Allegri that he likes. I´m pretty sure he doesn´t mind working with Allegri in a certain sense. Yes, we need more quality, I get that but we debate certain things we don´t like because of choices. Nobody is forcing him to play Kostic week in, week out, who plays poorly. Nobody tells him to play 3-5-2, I know people say that we don´t have wingbacks, you cannot base your entirely formation cause you missing one piece. Morten Bering: “I think we will try to negotiate a new deal with him but honestly I´m not sure that will be smart. I really like Chiesa, he´s a very good player and we see what he could do. If we thinking about changing the formation and him going to let´s say a left winger, that would suite him better, then it makes sense to continue to work and renew him but if we keep on play with 3-5-2 we maybe look for another player. Also Chiesa want I pay rise and can we sit here and say that he deserve that? He hasn´t show us since his injury that he is can maintain the quality over let´s say three months, four months. There are good matches from him from time to time, I don´t say he´s a bad player, he also had a very good start this season with him and Dusan scoring and assisting a lot, then he´s been a bit in and out of the team. I can´t say, if he leaves and we get I don´t know, €70m-€80m for him and he moves to Liverpool, I know he would do very good at Liverpool and I know that I would be sad about him leaving because we look at how good he is. And of course I´m talking about the coach of Leicester, Enzo Maresca. He´s 44 but still a young coach, he´s only been coaching for five or six seasons. I think he can be very, very interesting, he is playing a 4-3-3 formation, he also been coaching the Man City youth team, so he knows how to use the younger guys and implement them in the team. When I look at Leicester they are in the top of the Championship this season and they will 100% get promoted.
