Deload Upper @ultraflexgymrotherham 📍 After a week of feeling fatigued both in and out of the gym it made sense to deload for a week to give my body a bit of a ‘rest’ after going hard in the gym for the past 8 weeks, where I’ve dropped 10lbs 📉 Today was the first session of the deload and kept the structure of the session the same but tried some new pieces. The @nytram_gym_equipment Pro Series Chest Press and @primefitnessusa Chest Supported Seated Row were two pieces I was keen to try and I liked them both. The Chest press is VERY heavy at the beginning compared to the end range but with a bit more time messing around with the resistance on it I think it’s a piece I could have a lot of fun with. HUGE win for my client, B. We’ve been working through some gut issues the past 6 weeks and this girl is CRUSHING it. She came ot me with some bad gut issues such as frequent bloating, irregular bowel movements, weakness/ muscle fatigue, and acid reflux. We changed up her food choices, added in supplements to aid her in this process, reduced stress by bringing training DOWN, and being consistent with it. So far she’s down 10# doing less and eating more food. Gut issues are clearing up! I anticipate we will be able to start pushing training a bit harder in a couple of weeks and then really get things cranking! Painting is a lot like life…. Sometimes it is very good to take a step back, see things from a different perspective and change direction if needed…. Sometimes that is scary and it takes a little courage to push the fear back allowing the presence of faith to help you rise above the situation at hand. I personally believe that in life, as with my painting, God uses our circumstances to help guide us if we are just paying attention. Many times he will allow us to become fairly uncomfortable so that we can see things with more clarity, to push aside distractions, if needed, and change the path we are walking on. From His First Ever Contest to New York Pro, the ( weigh in ) was a difference of 18 pounds. In better condition! We definitely have made a lot of progress in just over a year and a half time period. To be up 18 pounds in stage weight. Now it’s Rebound Time, and back to the drawing board to add more Quality size, Muscle Maturity, and bring up our Weaknesses. Everything, no Stone left unturned!
