A truck loaded with 1,000 cats crammed into 60 cages was intercepted by activists in Hangzhou, China. They followed the truck for two days and two nights until they found the opportunity to force the truck to stop. 100 young activists rushed to help triage and spent several days and nights helping the abused and traumatized cats. These young people in China give us a tremendous amount of hope. We will follow South Korea’s victory and keep working to end the dog and cat meat trade globally.
