I have been working on getting back into an awesome morning routine so that I can experience more peace & joy and start off the day right. These are the things that Iā€™ve been implementing into my morning & as a busy single mum, it seriously makes all the difference in my energy & mood which then makes a huge impact on my overall health. I also find that I can have a more productive day & be more patient & loving towards my children. These things donā€™t have to take long, & it can be just a few minutes of each, but it really makes such a difference. Starting our day with hydration & a healthy drink & breakfast will have your body thanking you too. Having lemon water & fruit or a juice hit your stomach first helps to flush out toxins that were released overnight & also activate your digestive enzymes. Coffee is not the best start to the day & over time stresses your adrenals, raises your cortisol & radically ages you! More on this topic soon.
