heads up, going forward we’ll be brewing with the @nucleuscoffeetools paragon for both pourovers and espresso 😋 we’ve found that the sweeter notes of our coffees are more apparent while becoming significantly more aromatic, both things that we like we’re also serving espresso in proper ceramics now, opposed to serving in our normal paper cups like we used to 😎 we’ll have more changes and improvements like this constantly, so that we’re always making the shop as enjoyable as possible, so if you have any suggestions, let us know!

pie san exclusive lot, a recent shop favorite pie san is currently an in-store exclusive (available for pourover, espresso, and beans), and it’s a lot that was made exclusive to us in 2021. this coffee was used in the 2018 world brewer’s cup, and is really something special it’s one of if not the most elegant coffees we’ve tried, with an extremely silky, delicate body that retains a crisp acidity and refined sweetness come get it while you can

very excited to announce that we are finally looking to wrap up our soft opening here at @apollonsgoldkitanomaru as we are trying to better our in-shop experience, we are looking to slowly rollout some things: such as limited indoor and outdoor seating, extended shop hours, an expanding menu, more in-shop exclusive beans, and loyalty/reward stamp cards we are so excited to serve and enjoy coffee with you, so when in tokyo, please visit us 🤝🏻
