Chaque année, le @royalhideawaycoralesresort invite un chef étoilé à venir découvrir la gastronomie locale de Ténérife pour proposer un grand dîner mémorable. 1) Cette année, c'était le chef 3 🌟 Joan Roca de @cellercanroca qui était invité. Ce chef incroyable mélange les techniques inspirantes et modernes avec ses inspirations de la cuisine traditionnelle Catalane. Une rencontre marquante pour moi. 2) La carbonara façon @il_bocconcino_restaurant Le royal Hideaway porte une attention toute particulière à la gastronomie et propose plusieurs restaurants de grande qualité. Ce restaurant italien et son super chef ont conquis mes papilles ! 3) Nous avons visité @finca_la_calabacera, des plantations de bananiers et fruits exotiques de Ténérife sud et puis nous avons dégusté quelques spécialités. 4) Le petit déjeuner du Corales est divin. Petite vidéo des produits locaux qu'on peut déguster. Fan du fromage fumé 🥰 5) Après la visite des vignobles @_altosdetrevejos_, le chef a appris à faire le fameux mojo dans les règles de l'art.
