Voici les dernières photos de ma guêpe, construction inspirée des tethers boats ou hydroplanes des années 40. Ce drôle d'engin est terminé, j'ai procédé cette semaine à un essai sur l'eau afin de m'assurer de l'absence de fuites. Car bien qu'il ne naviguera jamais au moteur faute de plan d'eau adapté a ce type d'engin, j'ai tenu à le construire comme étant capable de le faire. La dernière pièce réalisée est le diffuseur d'échappement en aluminium. Ce projet avait pour but de jouer avec mes materiaux de prédilection, le bois, l'aluminium et le laiton, et de réunir des pièces qui dormaient dans des boîtes où tiroirs. Un moteur US super cyclone, un vieux décalque wasp, provenant d'un vélo de la marque Schwinn, une pompe à vélo en laiton, un ensemble étambot + hélice, une bobine électrique et un vieux interrupteur on-off. Réalisation de 2 hiloires en bois pour protéger le compartiment moteur de l'eau. Usinage à la lime d'une petite bride en laiton qui servira à maintenir le réservoir de carburant, un vrai petit passe-temps. Fabrication des contacts de la boîte d'accus. Et mise en place du pont, première couche. Il y a également en cours de finition, le moule du Breguet 2 ponts, à l’échelle 1/10 (longueur du fuselage 2,9 mètres et 4,4 mètres d'envergure) Et de nombreuses réalisations en cours ou terminées récemment, les imprimantes 3d aident bien. 1/700ラジコン大和ですが、紆余曲折の末に4モーター4軸直結仕様に大改修しました。 見た目はギヤボックス仕様の方がメカメカして好みなのですが、自分の技術では無理でした笑 1、2枚目 航行、ベンチ？テスト。 デジプロ化のお陰で舵、スロットルの微調整が効き、切り返しが楽になりました。 モーターの回転はもっと上げられるのですが、軸ブレが気になるので推進軸が抜けない程度に回転を抑えてます。 少し浸水はありましたが、バッテリー交換の度にスタンチューブへの注油と水の吸出しをやれば問題無いレベルかと。 4枚目 総重量。 5、6枚目 運搬用の箱を製作。 7〜10枚目 無駄な試みで終わった1モーター仕様。 慣らしと試運転の計20分ほどでモーターのブラシが焼き切れてしまい停止、配線も燃えかけて危うく自沈処理するハメになるとこでした。 カーボンブラシのモーターへの換装も検討しましたが、籠った構造故にモーターの放熱が酷かったりバッテリーの消費が異常に悪いので諦めました。 当初はベアリング化で終わらすつもりでしたが、予想外の失敗が続き最後は4モーター仕様のデジプロ化に大改修となりました。 結果的に航行性能は上がったのでヨシとします笑 #大和#戦艦 #戦艦大和#プラモデル#戦艦プラモデル#ラジコン#戦艦ラジコン#ラジコン化#フジミ模型 #4軸推進 #scalemodel #radiocontrol #radiocontrolboats #battleshipyamato #battleship #japanesebattleship
1/700 ラジコン大和ですが、ギヤボックスのベアリング化は完成。 ただトイラジ基盤の出力では1モーター4軸推進は無理がありました。 2枚目の動画がトイラジ基盤での試運転です。 前回まで使用していた基盤が焼けてしまったので、別種の基盤で組んだものの出力不足でむしろ遅くなる結果となりました。 トイラジ基盤での4軸推進は初代ラジコン大和の経験から4モーター4軸直結仕様が最適解のようですね。 せっかく作った6軸ベアリングボックス、意地でも活用したいと思い隣国メーカー製のプロポと受信機とESCを購入、デジプロ化しました。 簡単に言うと舵、速力の微調整が可能になります(3枚目動画参照)。 トイラジに比べバッテリーの許容電圧も上げられるので、3.7V→7.4Vへ変更し出力不足も解決 しました。 4枚目がデジプロ化の試運転の様子です。 出力が上がった影響か、推進軸が接続チューブから抜けてしまうトラブルが発生、動画の最後あたりで右舷外側の推進軸が抜けてます。 この点をなんとかすれば屋外での航行も可能になりそうです。 最後の写真は今回使用した受信機ですが、このサイズでジャイロが内蔵されてます。 最近の技術は凄いですね笑 #大和#戦艦 #戦艦大和#プラモデル#戦艦プラモデル#ラジコン#戦艦ラジコン#ラジコン化#フジミ模型 #ベアリング化 #scalemodel #radiocontrol #radiocontrolboats #battleshipyamato #battleship #japanesebattleship

So I’ve officially gone to the dark side and bought my first Gas boat! I couldn’t pass this Swashdrive Jet Sprint up as they only appear once in a blue moon. Definitely the most prized boat in my collection now. The hull is a full Carbon Fiber 1/4 scale Mackraft Replica. The whole boat only weighs in at 6.1kg which is incredibly light for this size. 1/700フジミ戦艦大和ラジコン化、とりあえず形になりました。 今回も4軸推進2枚操舵です。 前回との大きな違いは ・モーターを4つ直結から1つへ変更、ギヤを介して4軸推進を再現 ・舵のセンター戻しを磁力からスプリングへ変更 甲板・艦橋を載せて走航したところ、予想より遅くなってしまいました。 ある意味重厚感あるリアルな速度ではありますが、ラジコンとして楽しむには遅いです笑 舵はキット同梱のものを流用しました。 旋回半径は大きくなってしまいましたが、ちゃんと旋回出来ました。 誤算だったのが甲板を設置すると熱が篭りやすくなり回路が発熱、急に操縦が出来なくなりました。 時間をおいて冷ませばまた動くのですが、熱対策が必要ですね。 基板が安物ラジコンだからかもしれませんが笑 重量は目標の175g以下に対し169gに抑えられたので、喫水線より少し余裕を持って浮かべられました。 6〜10枚目 推進軸は軸にグリスを塗っただけでは浸水があったため、異径のシリコンチューブを組み合わせて中空部位を作りグリスを注入、保持出来る簡易的なスタンチューブを設置。 内径1mm・外径2mmのチューブを長さ1mmへ切断、内径2mm・外径4mmを10mmで切断し組み合わせました。 動作確認後、微量の浸水はありましたが許容範囲内だったので良しとします。 組み合わせを工夫してラビリンスシールの構造を再現出来ればと思ったので、次回に活かします。 今回の大和は色々なアイディアを盛り込みましたが、1モーター4軸推進はモーター+ギヤボックスで船内スペースのレイアウトがキツくなるのと反トルクで船体の横揺れが大きくなるのでメリット無し、無駄な試みでしたね。 目標の屋外での航行はまだ先の話になりそうです笑 #大和#戦艦 #戦艦大和#プラモデル#戦艦プラモデル#ラジコン#戦艦ラジコン#ラジコン化#フジミ模型 #お風呂おもちゃ #scalemodel #radiocontrol #radiocontrolboats #battleshipyamato #battleship #japanesebattleship
