I am glad to announce that I had the unique opportunity to participate in the Youth 7 Summit 2024 in Rome, During the Summit, I had the opportunity to listen to insightful views and discuss with experts the 4 themes of this year’s summit: - ��Innovation and Digital Transtormation; - ��Inclusion and Equal Opportunities; - ��Environmental Sustainability & Climate Change; - ��New Skills, Entrepreneurship, and the Future of Work. I specifically took part in the break out session where policy proposals on inclusion, equal opportunities, environmental sustainability and climate change were discussed. I was able to listen to the discussions of the experts and listened to the proposals of the young delegates, in which we hope that the proposals can be heard by national governments. • In particular, I decided to focus on the negotiations among the #youngdelegates about the #policyproposal on sustainability and climate change, sharing with them my thoughts and suggestions about it. & Investments, support for the developing countries, education, energy supply and energy mix were the most interesting and crucial topics discussed. A part of our volunteering is organizing events. This April we had full responsibility for the European Youth Week at Fryshuset🇪🇺 We started our preparation by brainstorming ideas and creating a timeline. Then it was time to create posters and promote our event. We worked on a budget and bought all the supplies. Our activities included info sessions and interactive competitions. We spend two days at the Fryshuset Foyer engaging with youth. 🎉 Gotovo 2 milijuna mladih sudjelovalo je u Europskom tjednu mladih 2024.! 🌍 Travanj je bio ispunjen inspirativnim događanjima diljem Hrvatske i Europe! 🙌 Preko 5000 mladih sudjelovalo je u 75 događanja samo u Hrvatskoj, dok je na europskoj razini brojka dosegla 1,8 milijuna mladih na skoro 2000 događanja. Razmjenjujući ideje, učeći nove vještine i sudjelujući u raspravama, pokazali smo da su mladi spremni stvarati promjene. 🤝 Ali tu ne stajemo! V Društvu za strpne odnose Eksena so v sodelovanju z Zavodom za razvoj mobilnosti mladih v času prvomajskih počitnic organizirali izvedbo delavnice »Reel za dober feel – delavnica za predstavitev programov Erasmus+: Mladina in Evropska solidarnostna enota«. Otroci in mladostniki so na delavnici aktivno sodelovali. Spoznali so različne oblike neformalnega učenja skozi katere se lahko učijo različnih socialnih veščin. Izvajalki delavnic sta otrokom predstavili tudi program Eramus+, še posebej področje mladinskih izmenjav. Zahvaljujemo se Zavodu za razvoj mobilnosti mladih za izpeljavo delavnice, ki je otrokom in mladostnikom dala nova znanja in zanimivo izkušnjo. Sofinancira Evropska unija. #EYW2024 #EUyouthweek

I can't believe we did all this in only one month! 😱🥳 Trying to select only 10 photos was quite a challenge... but here they are - from the end to the beginning of April: 1 & 2: Attending the CreativeMornings in New York 3: Facilitating a workshop on innovation in Slovenian just transition region with Circular Change team 4: Meeting a fellow Global Shaper after 5 years 5: Facilitating the Find your voice workshop as part of the #euyouthweek 6: Attending the Green Week at the Faculty of Economics 7: Presenting at the Faculty of Arts 8: Signing the entrepreneurial wall at the Ceed Slovenia 9: Accepting a Cookie Jar challenge with our entrepreneurial mentoring group 10: Learning the cyanotype technique (now we know why blueprints are called blue-prints ;)) And also ... facilitated 3 LAtelier workshops, attended the Green Breakfast, attended the Kick off of Social Impact Award Slovenia at the Impact hub, danced at the Cuban salsa festival, co organised an IT academy breakfast, taught the Cuban salsa to students of the University of Ljubljana, and had the best time in New York. Can't wait to see what this month will bring us 💙

The event was organised by @european_youth_eu and @Youth_Forum during #EUYouthWeek. It included workshops designed to boost activism and democratic engagement. 📚 Youth Ambassadors heard from award-winning author, journalist, and broadcaster @ashbhardwaj as he shared his motivations for travelling the world and recounted stories from his new book ‘Why We Travel’. ♻️ Zak, Natasha and Lauren attend the #BigPlasticCount Youth Empowerment Day in Westminster. The event organised by @greenpeaceuk and @everydayplastic enabled the Youth Ambassadors to share their DofE stories and talk about their passion for the environment. 📣 Luana attended the parliamentary launch of ‘Our Generation Our Vote’. Evropski teden mladih in SKVO delavnica v okviru Mreže vzornikov Med 12. in 19. aprilom je potekal Evropski teden mladih, ki je namenjen k spodbujanju aktivnega državljanstva mladih po vsej Evropi. Ozavešča o vključevanju mladih v procese odločanja, spodbuja dialog med mladimi in oblikovalci politik ter predstavlja talente in sposobnosti mladih.⭐ Voditelji stega so v četrtek, 25. 4. 2024, v sklopu Evropskega tedna mladih imeli delavnico v okviru Mreže vzornikov, ki je potekala na temo ''Destinacija EU - delavnica o Evropski uniji in priložnostih za mlade''. Preko zgodb na plakatih so spoznali različne možnosti za mlade - Discover EU, mladinske izmenjave, projekti prostovoljstva, solidarnostni projekti in aktivnosti udejstvovanja mladih. ⚜ Na mladih svet stoji in s svojim glasom lahko oblikujemo smer Evropske unije in vplivamo na politike, ki neposredno vplivajo na naša življenja in skupno prihodnost. Vraćamo se s dobrim vijestima i dobrim vremenom 🤭 . U duhu Dana planete Zemlje, koji se obilježavao 22.4.2024., planiramo dvije radne akcije uljepšavanja okoliša 🪴🌳🌻 i naravno, after pizza party pokriveno od strane udruge 😅🍕 Započet ćemo sljedeći ponedjeljak s radnom akcijom uređenja dvorišta naše drage zgrade na adresi Flavijevska 8 🙃 Nastavljamo tjedan poslije, točnije u utorak 7.5. 📅 Akcija uređenja započet će u 14 sati.
