In dem Text gehe ich später noch mal darauf ein was du als Gast ändern kannst, Aber solltest du, ein*e Freund*in, Opfer von Diskriminierung, Patriarchaler Gewalt etc. sein oder solches Verhalten beobachten melde dich bei uns an der Bar, am Einlass oder unter den Gästen selbst. Wir sind viele und versuchen unsere Augen und Ohren überall zu haben. Diskriminierung ist nicht nur ein offensichtlich rassistischer Witz, Sexismus ist mehr als nur das herabstufen von Frauen, Ableismus beginnt nicht bei stumpfen Vorurteilen. Diskriminierung beginnt ab dem Zeitpunkt ab dem Betroffene in ihrem Sein beschränkt werden. Und auch wir, als Crew, sind nicht fehlerfrei. Es ist schwer gegen anerzogene Verhaltensweisen anzugehen, wir sehen nicht immer jede Barriere. Wir versuchen in unserem Konzept immer wieder daran zu arbeiten, diese Barrieren zu beseitigen, verlassen regelmäßig unsere Komfortzonen und gehen in einen Diskurs mit uns selbst. Um unser Ziel; Eine Veranstaltung auf der sich alle sicher, aufgenommen und willkommen fühlen zu verwirklichen. Deswegen sind wir auch auf eure Hilfe angewiesen. My first bodymodification 🖤 Pictures are 4 weeks after the surgery. Visually it's already healed here. Zero scars and no pain. I had no more pain after day 3 in fact. I only had to take painkillers at the (first) day. I am still speechless how well this was done. It's like "Whuuut? No scar??" - "Yeah, no scar!" ✨ This is a bodymod based on a heavy keloid removal that formed after my two helix piercings (already healed) got badly hurt. The keloids kept growing rapidly and since health insurrance doesn't cover situations like these, I had to go to a professional. I quickly decided to go to a bodymodartist and not to a plastic surgeon for several reasons. And it was the best decision I could have made. The result speaks for itself.
