The last weekend of our 90 Big Island stay was very active. Wanted to visit place we hadn’t seen and also revisit a place we had. First photo is Whittington Beach Park where we watched a beautiful sunrise. Woke my wife up about 4am (was late for me 🤪) and we made the 1.5 hr drove south. The next day we did a hike, pictures maybe tomorrow, and then revisited Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We were looking for a good spot for a sunset - day before we’d been on Mauna Kea for the sunset (see previous Hawaii post). Stopped and saw one of the most awesome sunsets of my life. Sunsetting behind the mountain with the Pacific ocean on our left, a lava field before us and Kilauea to the right. Absolutely stunning. I hope you enjoy. Remember to click for the whole photo.

The second image is “Port Wave” and is in the main section of the Cedarburg Cultural Center in a show called the Ozaukee County Art Show and open to all residents of Ozaukee County. • The Ozaukee County Art Show is free and open to the public from March 9 through April 23, 2024.
