When my eldest son was about 5 or 6, he spoke about what he hoped to be one day. Then, in the same breath, he decided he wouldn't achieve his goal. I told him quite firmly. "You can be anything you want to be. You just need to know it and work for it."
What you fill your child with is what they will know, and it will carry them through life. It moulds their character. They are an empty cup. Be mindful of what you fill them up with.
