I was looking back at old photos recently, and this photo from a few years ago really stood out for me.
✨Why?
⚡️This was the very start of my awakening journey. The only thing is, at the time I was unaware of this.
🗝️ Sometimes we are given keys and we learn that these keys are ready to explore new paths. This is a road that I started exploring not too long after this experience.
🧘🏼♀️This was from a three week yoga retreat with @exhaleyogaretreats that I was so very fortunate to be a part of. If you would’ve asked me then what I thought of the experience, I would have told you it was amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, uplifting, and so many other words that I could have used at the time to explain how I felt about the experience.
🌀If you were to ask me today?
💥 Wow. 🤯 No words to describe how much growth occurred on that retreat. This was done through a variety of different healing mediums, from sound therapy to energy, work, yoga, and many more. Did I know at the time what was happening? No. I absolutely did not realize.
This is how energy healing works. At first it is subtle, it’s a gentle, loving feeling. A feeling that is so minute, you might not even realize it’s there. This is the start of your awakening.
🌱 What is happening is the shift begins in that first moment and it plants seeds. “Light seeds” and begin to grow roots, and before you know it begin to bloom. 🌺
⏱️ This is something that can occur at different rates, as no two awakening journeys are the same. This is the beauty of your unique energetic blueprint. When the time is right, you will fly. 🕊️
🎁 My gift here to you, to the one reading this post, is to listen. Listen to the senses. Listen to the whispers of your heart. There is a being of light there. That being of light is your divine soul purpose being felt, and that is a message that cannot be ignored. 💫
