I wanted to share with you some photos from the Sake Salon on Friday night at Ōshan in South Yarra. Special thanks to Chef Peterson and Vanessa for inviting me back for version 2024. Everyone in the room could feel your sake love and the passion you have for everything you do, amazing energy and work from your great team to deliver 10 courses of flawless food and back that up with 10 sake & cocktail pairings.
I think next time Chef Peterson and I will be trading places - not a dry eye in the house after telling us the story of his inspiration for his Black Cod course!!
I was so happy that my sister and brother in law could join us from Sydney for this sake celebration. Way too long between Kanpai’s 🍶🍶❤️
