She is a delight to have in club and we love watching her work towards her goals each and every session! 🤩<br /><br />“I’ve been going to the gym on and off since I was young, mixed in with lots of different sports as well. I suffered a pretty big injury playing sport a couple of years ago so I joined @anytimefitnessaustralia and loved it, I’ve been a member ever since. <br /><br />I try and have some short and long term goals to keep me on track and follow some sort of training program. It keeps me accountable but reminds me progress doesn’t happen over night.<br /><br />I know that training is good for me, I feel better physically and mentally if I train each day (especially on the bad days). When I can’t be bothered I remind myself of that. <br /><br />My advice for anyone wanting to start would be to get some sort of basic training program for a few sessions a week if you don’t know what you’re doing. Make sure it’s achievable and you’re not over doing it. And always ask for help if you need it! <br /><br />@anytimefitnesswyong is a great gym, everyone is really friendly and the staff are super helpful.
