Today's workout is from my Dynamic Muscle Dumbbell Program (link in bio). This program is geared towards people who would like to workout 4x/week for 30 minutes a day. Workouts are designed and written for minimal equipment, one pair of dumbbells only, and can be easily performed at home.

Today's workout is called "Pull It Together." It's named after the movement patterns in the workout and a gentle motivational reminder to "Get It Together." You don't need a complicated workout or tons of equipment to keep you on track with your health and fitness goals.
