well today was just a write off 🥺 one bad thing after one bad or something going wrong all day 😮💨 thought I’d take doggo out for a run.. which ended in a 2k run 2k walk back as her anxiety was through the roof. always another day ❤️ then headed back out for 5k run and upon arriving home having a panic attack.. ☝️but chin up, tomorrows a new day 👊
