First time dining at The Edge Steakhouse located inside the Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage. I had filet mignon, tasted the sea bass and had an interesting little cake for dessert. Steak was tender and really nice with that demi. Sea bass flavored nicely with that salsa. And I liked the different toppings for the cake especially those green dots of taragon and slices of rhubarb.
It was our “end of the season” luncheon but really it was part of the send off for Rochelle’s retirement.
