Good morning everyone! A few more days of unseasonably chilly weather before temperatures rise. Here is the latest forecast for Manchester.
▪️Saturday: A dry and fine start with plenty of sunshine. Like yesterday, cloud will increase as the morning progresses and skies will become mostly cloudy by the afternoon. The cloud will be thick enough to produce a few spots of rain and a light shower later, mainly towards the evening. Whilst winds will be gentle overall, there will be occasional gusts up to 25mph which will add to the wind chill. Highs of 12°C.

✅👕 Good drying weather for most of the day.
▪️Saturday Night: Skies will remain cloudy throughout the night and there will occasional light rain and drizzle, especially in the south and east. The cloud will prevent a frost forming. Lows of 4°C.
▪️Sunday: 🌧️ then 🌦️ A disappointing day on Sunday due to cloudy skies and outbreaks of rain. Western areas will be driest and it will gradually turn drier more widely towards the middle of the afternoon. A clearance should allow for a bright evening, though. Chilly with highs of 12°C.
▪️Outlook: 🌦️ Much milder/warmer next week. The warmth will be driven by low pressure, so there will still be the risk of showers on Monday and Tuesday, although there will be some welcome sunshine too. Muggy and more mixed from midweek but not turning cold. Full outlook tomorrow!
Have a nice Saturday everyone! I’ve had enough of this cold weather now so I’m looking forward to next week. Normally I wouldn’t be too excited about 17°C/18°C, but after being stuck in single figures a lot this week, it will probably feel a lot more pleasant than it normally would.
