Fish tacos for Friday night supper with a salad of raw fruit & vegetables used as a salsa & charred sugar snap peas. Getting used to the new (temporary) normal. While the fish baked, I charred flour tortillas & made the salad with lime juice, cumin & a touch of cayenne pepper. 15 minutes later, I tossed sugar snap peas into a very hot skillet for 4 minutes for lovely flavor. A bit of salt & 3 drops of toasted sesame oil brings out the sweet crisp-tender crunch perfectly. Two hours of prep time yesterday was washing , peeling & chopping the beans, pineapple & cucumber. Wrapping the meat proteins in serving sizes gif the fridge or freezer. Washing & storing greens, herbs & vegetables for fast, easy means.
