RunnersJam pacer week take over at Underwood park. Today’s agenda was to beat my course PB of 32.58. I knew I had to push hard for the first couple of kilometres knowing that I two hills towards the finish line.
I felt comfortable until I reached the hill climbs but knew that after every hill comes a downhill to enjoy.
Happy to break my course record for Underwood by over 40 seconds. Now off to enjoy a coffee.
