HOW TO STOP OBSESSING OVER SOMEONE?
Follow yourrelationshipschool for more!
______
Additional tips:
1) Ask yourself, "What is my attraction towards them based on?"
If it is largely based on an ethereal feeling, more often than not, it is a trauma bond/limerence/something toxic and detrimental, and instead of celebrating this "unique/rare connection," you should be planning your exit.
2) When you are obsessing over someone who doesn't really care about your existence, your inner-child is not necessarily looking for their validation, they are looking for your own acknowledgement, validation, and unconditional love. Provide all of that to them.
3) Rely on a good support system. When you are trying to detach, you want people who can empathise with you and unconditionally love you. If possible, take the help of a coach/therapist who can help you process your feelings and offer you the invaluable support that you need to honour yourself.
