Stepping away from tracking allows you to connect with your hunger cues and enjoy foods without worrying about putting everything into an app. It allows you to be present and enjoy the experience of eating, rather than just the food itself.<br /><br />Another tip, don’t overly restrict yourself during the day when you know you’re eating out. You’re way more likely to overeat and full into a  binge restrict cycle. <br /><br />At the end of the day, it’s what you are doing consistently that matters. Occasional indulgent meals won’t ruin your progress - but feeling guilty and giving up will set you back dramatically. Don’t treat nutrition as all or nothing, find happy middle ground 🫶
