Eighteen years ago today, I brought a tiny human home and hoped I wouldn't mess him up too badly. (Spoiler alert: I think I did okay!) 😉 I don't know whether to cry or be happy so I'll do both 😩🥹😭 tears of joy though of course.
Seriously though, I'm incredibly proud of the young man you've become. You're funny, intelligent, and kind (most of the time 😉). You always manage to surprise me with your maturity and thoughtfulness.
Now that you're officially an adult (cue scary music 😱), remember: with great power comes great responsibility... mostly the responsibility to take out the trash and mow the lawn. But hey, at least you can finally buy your own video games! 😉
Here's to many more years of laughter, adventures, and maybe even (hopefully) you not borrowing my clothes anymore. 😂
