1. Review your profit and loss statements. I will die on this hill. I can take you through one review and it will change your whole mindset. One review.
If you’re against financial reviews because they scare you or because you think you don’t need too, what if the opposite was true? What would be possible for you?
2. Just because you can do the task required, doesn’t mean you should. Ask yourself this question… by saving yes to this task, what bigger task am I saying no too?
3. Build the foundation before you build the house. How can you make the process more efficient, how can you reduce the costs and possibly increase the price before you go “get more”
4. When I think of #1 and #4 I think…. You need to build a course. I know. How can I leverage #2 to create the time to create this …. 🤔
5. Dig deep, ask pointed curious questions and listen with entrepreneurial ears. An entrepreneur always hears the opportunity in a conversation.
6. What is one negative thought about yourself that you can just drop? Today. Forever.
How about self-doubt? How many more times do you need to prove you can before you just believe, you always can. 🫳🎤
