No one can reject you, people can just decide that they want something else, and that's fine.
Now, this might feel like a foreign concept to you if you are prone to self-rejection. But hear me out.
When someone comes into your life, they spend some time with you, and then they "reject" you, they aren't communicating, "You are unworthy," they are usually saying, "I have recognised some level of incompatibility or my heart's not invested in this, so I won't be able to continue." That's it. That's all what the other person is saying.
They are just saying 'NO' to you and simultaneously redirecting you towards someone who is better suited to you.
As a society, we are obsessed with either demonising the person who rejects us (if we feel entitled) or we have the pathology to beat ourselves up (if we feel worthless). Neither need to happen.
A healthy and secure person doesn't take rejections personally. Because they love, value, and respect themselves, they see someone not choosing them as an act of choice on the other person's part, rather than looking to that event as an evidence of their worthlessness.
Furthermore, if we take rejections personally, we must examine our relationship to boundaries . When we don't have the competence to say 'NO' to other people, we take other people's NOs towards us personally.
My invitation to you is, develop the necessary maturity and the self-worth so that when someone rejects you, it doesn't dismantle your entire world.
Remember, other people's opinion of you get to you only when you don't have a strong opinion about yourself.
