Last month, we launched our inaugural employee survey, Spot-On, to delve deeper into what drives our team and their perspective on All for One. Nearly 80% of our colleagues participated, providing invaluable feedback.
This week, teams from across 5 countries came together to craft action plans addressing key topics from employee engagement to wellbeing. After inspiring discussions and brainstorming sessions, we've set OKRs to guide our next steps.
