Soul is one of those Pixar movies that woke up and chose emotional damage. The sort of film that just find that nerve and decide to break you. The score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross did a one two slam dunk with John Baptist soundtrack. I had to buy those vinyl records.
Anyhow, such a wild creation, I love when DCA does plates like this for food stalls. Chicken and waffles with a peach cobbler and cinnamon twist? Okay, now that is a spark motivation creation. And it was really good. The flavors worked off each other hitting flavor notes I was note expecting but totally got me in the groove for.
The great beyond - this gin based drink takes full use of the butterfly tea color changing from blue to pink feature when it’s introduced to ph like lemon. So off the bat it looks cool. More than anything, you better get Terry to do the count on how many you’ve had because it is potent. A few of these and you’ll find yourself in the great before… or worse, as a lost soul in the Astro plane.
