A week ago tonight I had the great honor of being a storyteller for “Finding Our Way,” a Moth-like fundraising event for @wayfinder_schools at the @camdenoperahouse
What an inspiring night it was! Eleven stories that ran the gamut of finding our way as human beings: beautiful, heartbreaking, hilarious. This included stories by several graduates of Wayfinder.
What was my story? “The Odyssey,” about my 12 mile row to Warren Island State Park from Belfast with my 15 year old son @leohorchler in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Crazy times called for crazy adventures!
There was the physical challenge…and there was the parenting challenge. I knew if made it through this experience, I could survive anything!
