5 Weeks Post Op Buttock Lift and Inner Thigh Lift
Our patient is very fit, but had a lot of skin laxity. So we performed a buttock lift and reshaping with an outer thigh lift. She was also bothered by her inner thigh excess so we removed about an inch and half of skin and did an inner medial thigh lift. This is elevation of the inner thigh, removal of the skin, and then reconstruction of the infragluteal crease. Her incisions are perfectly placed at her groin crease. Her skin is much tighter and smooth now without the skin laxity! Looking fantastic!
