Crème Brûlée 🍮<br /><br />Full Recipe ⬇️⬇️<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />•	🥛 2 cups heavy whipping cream<br />•	🥚 5 large egg yolks<br />•	🍬 1/2 cup sugar, plus extra for caramelizing<br />•	🧂 1 pinch of fine sea salt<br />•	🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract, or vanilla bean paste<br />Directions:<br />1.	Preheat the Oven:<br />•	Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).<br />2.	Prepare the Custard:<br />•	In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.<br />•	In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and salt until well blended. Gradually pour in the warm cream, stirring continuously. Stir in the vanilla extract.<br />3.	Bake the Custard:<br />•	Pour the custard mixture into ramekins placed in a baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.<br />•	Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until the custard is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.<br />4.
