This has a lot of hop varieties in -
Hot Side: Talus
Cold Side: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Talus
Verdant are really good at what they do and this is another entry into that genre. I think most craft beer fans would be able to pick a Verdant beer out of a line up based on that vegetal taste. This doesn’t have as much of that as others have but it’s definitely there.
Classic fluffy mouthfeel. Not going to bother the higher echelon of my Verdant favourites but a lovely sup nonetheless.
