Progressive overload can happen in a variety of ways.
One of the easiest, is increase the weight ✌🏻
•started at 12kg for 6 reps
•consistency
•reps
•strength built over time moved up to 16kg then jumped to 20kg
Other options… same weight increase in reps/sets over time. Change up time under tension (tempo).
There’s so many ways to be creative in your training!! Choose one or two variables, stick with a small change for 4-6 weeks and watch your numbers + strength grow 🔥💪🏻
