I just wanted to let you know that I have closed #unleashyoursoulshine calendar from May 14 to June 1 as I will be off traveling.
This trip was originally planned for May 2020 but no one went anywhere back then... the US borders remained closed for what seemed for ever to me... So in May 2022 when traveling abroad was permitted again, (just not to the US), I went to Peru and Colombia instead. I stayed in Europe last year, so this is finally happening this month! 🤩
I'm feeling both super excited and stressed at the same time. My last trip to the US was to get engaged to my then-fiancé, back in January 2018, and this was also the day my Dad passed suddenly, while I was flying from London to Dallas.
I made sure this time to pick different flight connections because this upcoming trip has been created around live music, having fun and taking time for myself. I really do not want to have an emotional breakdown landing at DFW plunging me back to the moment I turned my phone back on and saw the 25+ missed calls from home that day... Of course I'll think about it while crossing the ocean, how could I not? I also know that my Dad's here with me, watching me pack, sing and cry, yes, all at once... (I multi task).
Personal lives, family lives and dynamics get violently shattered every day and I am no exception to that; so we adapt, we go through hell, feel every burning bits and piercing pieces, learn, grow and somehow we become anew and happy again.
"Exploration" happens to be one of my Soul's specializations. I started solo-traveling at 14 and moved across the globe at barely 18. I embrace who I am at Soul-level and I'm always ready to explore more, whether it is about exploring the world or my Akashic records to make sense of my Soul's journey and create a life that really works for me.
