Chikko chia pudding ✨
Chia puddings are a great option for healthy snacking, one serving of this chia pudding has only 200 cal.
Recipe (Serves 2-3)
2-3 ripe chikko / Sapota
4 tbsp chia seeds farmleyin
1 cup thin coconut milk/milk of choice
1-2 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
Into a bowl add chia seeds, along with milk, honey, chikkoo puree and vanilla extract. Refrigerate this for 2-3 hours or overnight. Top it with nuts, fruits and enjoy
