This morning while walking my dogs, I felt very called to meditate in the middle of this soccer field. I took my socks and shoes off and grounded into the earth. Focusing on my breath, in through the nose for 3, hold for 3, exhale through the nose for 3. Sat in the silence, cleared my thoughts in the moment, listening to nature. All of the sudden my higher self dropped down and I heard the words, I AM ONE. In that moment, all versions of me merged into one and I sat in this 9D energy.
