Something green for you?
We’ve just set up a small herb and salad garden for our house. We planted some ready herbs to kick start the process; oregano is waiting to be revived after winter and seeds and seedlings will be filling the box with more green soon enough.
Anyone living in our house can then collect what they need for cooking. One neighbour already set her eyes on the thyme which apparently is an ingredient in a drink.
