Monkian from Thundercats
Growing up I would say GI Joe and Thundercats were neck and neck for which was my favorite cartoon. Joe always reigned supreme with toys just because of the variety and availability and well articulation. The Thundercats figures were limited in articulation but man I loved them. I suppose LJN thought the closest thing to them was Masters of the Universe so that would explain the scale chosen for the figures.
