Well, I find my way through unique ways. Sometimes, I cry it out. Other times, I write down my thoughts, and yes, even taking 🤳. I also reach out to friends who remind me of my strength and the core values that guide me, though most of the time, I just let it out to God. Every method is unique and reflects a part of my journey.
One thing's for sure, every day is a new adventure. The Ups and downs are inevitable, but they're also what makes life so rich and full. Embrace the journey, trust the process, and remember, we grow through what we go through. God is in it.
